Made with 2x2 twill carbon and vacuum-infused resin, this hood offers exceptional durability and lightweight performance. It also features two layers of clear coat for added protection, longevity, and an outstanding glossy finish.
Hood pins RECOMMENDED- Muscle Auto Zone is NOT responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or lack of hood pin usage.

- Heat Shield Required: To best protect the carbon fiber from heat damage, we require the reuse of OEM heat shield or approved heat shield taping on the underside of the Hood.
- Gas Struts: The Gas Strut pushes upwards with a high level of force, which can cause damage to the composite. We recommend not use the OEM Gas struts and instead use a hood prop.

Quality control
Every MAZ Muscle part is worked on and tested in-house before it ships. Panels are checked for fit, weave alignment and finish quality, and anything that falls short is reworked or does not leave the building.
Shipping
Hoods and large body panels ship crated by freight carrier. Smaller parts ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS, and a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please inspect your shipment on delivery and email photos of any damage to madhav@mazsupport.com within 48 hours so we can open a claim.
Installation requirements
All aftermarket hoods require hood pins, and heat shields are required on carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods. Damage caused by running a hood without hood pins or heat shields is not covered under warranty. We recommend a ceramic coating and polish before installation.
