Heat Shield Required: To best protect the carbon fiber from heat damage, we require the reuse of OEM heat shield or approved heat shield taping on the underside of the Hood.
Gas Struts: The Gas Strut pushes upwards with a high level of force, which can cause damage to the composite. We recommend not use the OEM Gas struts and instead use a hood prop.
